A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You must be highly motivated and have an outgoing, friendly personality. All we ask is for you to share our passion for washing cars, creating memorable moments, and our obsession with exceptional guest service!

What you'll bring

• As part of our hiring process, all applicants are required to complete the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment.
• The PI Behavioral Assessment is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers.
• It helps us better understand your natural workplace preferences and behaviors.

• Completion is required for your application to move forward in the review process.
• You must be highly motivated and have an outgoing, friendly personality.
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 8th Grade Proficiency or Above
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
