About the role
As Lead Product Manager, Acquisition, you will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving, and user-centric design thinking to own the strategic direction of our top-of-funnel experiences: how couples discover us, what they experience before they ever log in, and how they cross from anonymous visitor to known couple. You will serve as the strategic lead for the Acquisition squad, accountable for top-of-funnel vision, the logged-out experience, and high-impact outcomes that turn demand into account creation and a seamless handoff into the broader planning ecosystem. We are looking for a seasoned product leader who thrives in ambiguity, sets forward-thinking strategy, surfaces risk early, and prioritizes outcomes over outputs to drive meaningful business growth. - Search & AI Discoverability Fluency: Command of SEO and the emerging GEO and LLM-discoverability space, acting as a credible strategic product partner.
- User-Centered & Experimentation Mindset: Strong CRO, merchandising instincts, keen aesthetics, and deep user empathy, backed by a disciplined habit of A/B testing and design-centered problem solving.
- Data Mastery: Proficiency with analytics and research tools to define metrics precisely, reason through funnel and cohort effects, and use rigorous analysis to defend decisions.
- Executive Presence & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of driving alignment, building strong cross-functional relationships, and partnering effectively with executives and engineering teams.
- Natural Prioritization: Strong instinct for what matters most, with a history of making smart trade-offs and evaluating success through outcomes over outputs.
