About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our International Sales Team in Barcelona, Spain, reporting directly to our  National Sales Manager, Spain. As the Sales Representative for the Catalonia territory, you will be the face of Phillip Jeffries within the local design community. You’ll build strong relationships, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of field sales experience
• Based in Barcelona or within 30 minutes, with ability to travel throughout the Catalonia territory
• Full professional fluency in  English, Spanish, and Catalan
• Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational habits and comfort working independently
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
• Business development mindset—you’re energized by finding and developing new relationships
