About the role

This is a senior leadership position that requires genuine fluency in the DAM and adjacent content operations landscape as well a good understanding of AI technologies. You understand how brands operate their content supply chains, where DAM sits in the broader martech and CMS ecosystem, and what it takes to build products that earn adoption at enterprise scale. You act at a strategic level while staying close enough to the domain to engage credibly with customers, partners, and engineering leadership. You are also responsible for managing the processes and your team, who are in turn responsible for realizing individual product roadmaps and OKRs.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in DAM, CMS, or adjacent content operations platforms (PIM, MRM, Brand Management, Creative Workflow)
  • Proven industry expertise: you understand how content teams operate, how assets move through a production and distribution lifecycle, and where the friction points are in real enterprise deployments
  • Demonstrable experience building products that created meaningful impact for customers: not just shipped, but adopted and valued
  • 2+ years managing and growing a team of product managers or product owners
  • Fluency in the martech ecosystem with a strong understanding of DXP’s and systems integrations in the context of how Digital Asset Management co-exists alongside CMS, PIM, and creative tooling.
  • Experience managing products at different lifecycle stages and taking products to market with a good understanding of packaging and field and customer enablement.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • comfortable in customer conversations and analyst briefings alike
