We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Director to join our healthcare facility in Maryland. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and clinical expertise while overseeing our physical therapy department's operations, staff development, and quality of care.

What you'll bring

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and budget management skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
