About the role

Please note the schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm.** You will support the day-to-day cleanliness, readiness and overall upkeep of the facility. This position is focused on high-quality custodial servicing, routine inspections and operational support to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and safety practices
• Professional communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving operational environment
• Capability to read and understand cleaning instructions, safety rules, and SDS documents
• Valid Michigan driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach
• Able to work in an aviation-driven environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Work performed in offices, hangers, restrooms, break areas, and warehouse environments
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and active operational areas
