About the role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead day-to-day supply chain execution for a portfolio of Walmart and Sam's Club suppliers. This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and expected to be in-office three days a week.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management, or retail operations
• Proven experience managing demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and service-level performance
• Experience managing Domestic and Direct Import purchase order processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and improve performance
• Strong understanding of Walmart supply chain processes, replenishment systems, and operational requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable balancing detailed execution with strategic problem-solving
• Takes ownership and drives results
• Identifies risks early and acts on them
