About the role
Based out of our BEN office in Northwest Arkansas, this position is responsible for driving digital penetration by optimizing our digital shelf presence, content processes, and helping execute strategic digital activations. A central vision for this role is to help build a solid digital foundation across our Walmart business. The analyst will help design, build, and scale user-friendly dashboards, tools, and processes that elevate digital literacy and execution across the broader Walmart sales team. Through flawless execution of our digital shelf strategy, this role will help Mars close competitive gaps and help transition us to a sustainable competitive advantage via a relentless "test-and-learn" mentality and ultimately help establish Mars as a trusted digital thought leader with Walmart. We are looking for an analytical, naturally curious, and resourceful professional who is eager to solve complex problems and grow within the Mars organization. This role is based in Bentonville, AR, with regular in-office collaboration expected given the strategic partnership with Walmart. Flexibility is a key enabler, empowering Associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of CPG experience in eCommerce, data analytics, sales, or category management.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical skills driven by natural curiosity and a desire to solve complex problems.
- Successful experience building collaborative relationships across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Bias for Action.
- Proficiency or hands-on experience with PowerBI is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience with Walmart Scintilla Shopper Behavior Data.
- AEO/GEO Experience
