About the role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role will help plan and execute events, customer experiences, partner programs, and other marketing initiatives that support our business and brand.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, communications, experiential marketing, agency work, or a related area.
• Experience supporting events or marketing programs from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in developing new ideas and experiences.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail while still understanding the bigger picture.
• Self-motivated, energetic, collaborative, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Comfortable working with different teams, personalities, customers, partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
