What you'll bring

• The EPC/Project Procurement Specialist is responsible for end-to-end procurement execution within projects, ensuring alignment between commercial, technical and project requirements.
• This role is critical to ITM’s growth as we scale operations, modernise processes and strengthen value delivery across all direct product categories.
• This role will support EPC Model development and be responsible for subcontractor selection and commercial alignment.
• Acting as a partner to key stakeholders, you will also take a hands-on role in shaping sourcing strategies and driving process improvements within a rapidly evolving environment.
• Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in business administration or economics (or other relevant subject)
• Strong experience in EPC procurement
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Proficient in procurement systems, data analysis, and contract management
• Skills and Abilities
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-changing business and drive change where needed
