• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• you build trust quickly with candidates and colleagues
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Passionate about people and culture, with an eye for spotting top talent
• Based in Berlin (office-first role)
• Bonus: Experience hiring for technical roles or knowledge of the German startup/tech ecosystem
• preferably in a startup, high-growth, or SaaS/tech environment
