About the role

As the Custodial Manager , you will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all custodial operations within a secure Intelligence Community facility. This role ensures facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and mission-ready condition while complying with stringent security, safety, and confidentiality requirements.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Minimum of [6] years of custodial or facilities management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing teams in a regulated or secure environment
• Knowledge of custodial best practices, equipment, chemicals, and safety standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
