About the role

We are a high performing, high level independent shop with 8 locations in Minnesota. We are always busy, 1200+ cars per month. Our best technicians produce 52+ or more hours per week. We have a great culture and team atmosphere. We are looking for great technicians to join our team and help us continue to offer high level service and repairs. What you'll bring

• ·         Must have a valid drivers license
• ·         Have good problem-solving skills
• ·         Be willing to work hard and be open minded
• ·         Enjoy working on cars
• ·         Medium to high level mechanical skills (i.e. brakes, tires, oil changes, suspension repair, diagnostic, wiring)
• ·         Solid diagnostic skills/Scan Tool Experience (Scan tools provided)
• ·         Good with computers
• ·         Solid team attitude
• ·         Willingness to train, learn and improve skills
• ·         ASE Certifications are helpful (will train and pay to become certified)
