About the role

As we open a new manufacturing facility to support our expanding Data Center Solutions portfolio of products, we are seeking a Lean Manager II to help establish the systems, processes, and culture that will support long-term operational success. This role offers the opportunity to influence a growing operation from an early stage, develop a high-performing Lean team, and drive meaningful improvements that strengthen performance and support future expansion.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and implementing sustainable process improvements that drive quantifiable business outcomes.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of day-to-day operations, material flow, production challenges, and how improvements are successfully implemented on the shop floor.
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies including Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, 5S, Daily Management, and Root Cause Problem Solving.
• Ability to partner effectively with operations leaders, engineering, quality, and other functional teams to drive improvements and achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience is preferred.
