About the role

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in keeping our highly automated bakery operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your expertise in mechanical systems, controls, fabrication, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability will help maximize production uptime and support continuous improvement efforts. In this role, you will also serve as a technical resource and mentor, helping develop less experienced mechanics while ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance. You will serve as an important technical resource supporting both maintenance and production operations.

What you'll bring

• Fabrication
• Industrial piping
• Welding
• Electrical systems
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Trade school diploma/certificate or Associate Degree in a maintenance, industrial technology, mechanical, electrical, or related field.
• Eight (8) or more years of industrial maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of: • Mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and electrical testing equipment.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, machine shop equipment, and maintenance technologies.
