About the role

Micron Technology is seeking highly motivated Process and Equipment Maintenance Technicians to support wafer fabrication in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will monitor and sustain equipment and processes, conduct analysis, and collaborate with Shift Operations, equipment engineers, and tool vendors to improve efficiency, yield, and performance. As a technician at Micron, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation in memory and storage solutions, demonstrating a high level of dependability and passion. What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), rotate between day and night shifts every 4 months, and work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to alternate assignments between the Remote Operations Center (ROC) and in-FAB, with approximately 80% of time spent in ROC and 20% in-FAB.
• AAS or AS degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent trade school/military experience.
• 2+ years of experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements.
