This role is 100% in-person at our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office (Monday - Friday).
What you'll bring
- Minimum two years of experience of recruiting in a high volume/large organization
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Prior experience recruiting in healthcare or dental a plus!
- Must have experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) - experience with Microsoft applications also a plus
