About the role

The Residential Counselor supports group home residents with daily living activities. Including delivering high-quality services that help consumers achieve measurable outcomes for new and ongoing consumer care challenges in accordance with Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP). Maintains compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and ENJ policies and procedures. Maintains ENJ’s Core Values at all times (Warmth, Respectful, Expertise).

What you'll bring

• Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be subject to post-offer verification of driving eligibility consistent with company insurance requirements. **
• Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, psychology, sociology, or social work, human services or a related field from an accredited college or university OR
• A combination of one (1) or more years’ of college, plus related life or work experience equal to four (4) years OR
• High school diploma or GED plus four (4) years of related work or life experience required.
• ◦ Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
