About the role

You'll be the Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) function's eyes, ears, and hands in the field, and a critical connector between frontline teams and the broader People team. This role sits at our Developing IC level. You'll build deeper expertise in talent development through hands-on practice and direct exposure, growing your ability to diagnose needs, design solutions, and deliver impact as you develop.

What you'll bring

• 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or a related field
• Comfortable delivering facilitation and training to diverse audiences, including frontline and operational workforces
• Strong relationship-building skills — you earn trust quickly and know how to meet people where they are
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment while staying connected to a distributed team
• Adaptable and resourceful
• you thrive in environments where needs evolve and structure is still being built
• Familiarity with instructional design basics and a willingness to develop content as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO
• this is an on-site role
