About the role

As a Master Electrician with Crusoe’s Manufacturing team, you will be a key leader in ensuring the reliability and safety of our electrical systems. You will leverage your deep understanding of electrical codes and best practices to interpret complex blueprints, troubleshoot challenging electrical issues, and implement innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to mentor other electricians, contribute to a dynamic team, and work with cutting-edge technology.

What you'll bring

• A valid and current Master Electrician license.
• Significant experience as a Journeyman and Master Electrician, demonstrating a deep understanding of electrical systems and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in using a wide variety of electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and train other electricians with a strong sense of self accountability.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex electrical challenges.
• Adhering to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility.
• Drug and alcohol program participation is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid OSHA 30 certification
