The Inventory Specialist at Fuze Health plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of inventory operations. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, this individual contributor supports daily inventory control functions, oversees material movement, and upholds the highest standards of accuracy and operational excellence within the respective FuzeRx facility.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in inventory control, materials management, warehouse operations, or related operational roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management principles, cycle counting methodologies, and inventory control best practices.
  • Experience supporting inventory operations in healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, distribution, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory tracking platforms.
  • Experience conducting audits, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and inventory documentation requirements.
  • Experience collaborating across supply chain, operations, purchasing, or production teams in high-volume environments.
