About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Director of Product Management, where you'll lead and drive the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of Payments product offerings. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on product management expertise. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our products meet market demands, enhance customer experience, and align with our business objectives. This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 5 years of leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven success in driving product strategy and product releases.
- Experience with Agile practices and iterative development methodologies.
