About the role

Moog's Digital Airfield Solutions business unit is seeking an exceptional individual to fulfil a unique hybrid role, part Field Service Engineer, part Business Development Engineer. This role will deliver support to FSE activities across North America, and will be critical to generating additional business in the Americas region.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 or more years of hands on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electronic or electromechanical systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system level issues involving hardware, software, and interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international assignments, sometimes on short notice.
