About the role
The Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) works in partnership with the Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) leadership team to achieve the overall global business objectives and initiatives. This role will proactively identify, define and implement appropriate HR strategies to enable the business to increase performance. This role will partner with the Strategic, HRBP in managing the people management agenda and successful delivery of new and existing HR initiatives. The GHRBP will be a member of the business management team and contribute to strategy development, policies and decision making beyond HR issues. This role will manage various Group HR initiatives, including talent reporting, analytics, and HR program coordination.
What you'll bring
- Degree or equivalent in the field of HR, Business, Communication or a relevant field.
- Typically around 7 years of HR or relevant work experience
- Proven experience of advising and influencing Management in both business and people related decisions.
- Proven specific capabilities in: outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- organizational ability.
- Proven ability to build relationships, showcasing influencing skills
- presentation skills.
- Proven ability to understand and advise on complex organizational issues and people strategy in matrix environment
