About the role

GTI is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering execution across multiple concurrent programs within our modular infrastructure portfolio. This role is responsible for: This role does not serve as the sole technical authority for a specific discipline. Project-level technical ownership resides with Design Leads, and engineering standards are defined in collaboration with Discipline Leadership. The Engineering Manager ensures alignment, resource sufficiency, execution quality, and delivery performance across the portfolio. May require up to 10% travel.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Systems, or related discipline)
• 8–12+ years of design or systems engineering experience in heavy fabrication, modular systems, industrial manufacturing, or engineered-to-order environments
• 3+ years of people leadership or technical team leadership experience
• Experience with BESS enclosures, modular data centers, Gen Set platforms, or containerized infrastructure
• Experience operating in multi-project environments with competing priorities
• Strong experience in design release processes, documentation discipline, and cross-functional technical execution
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering execution in schedule-driven environments
• Experience operating within structured NPI or phase-gate development models
• Familiarity with fabrication-driven design, structural compliance, or power system integration
• Experience in PLM / ERP-integrated engineering systems
• Experience scaling engineering teams in growth-stage organizations
