About the role

Moog in East Aurora, NY is hiring a Knowledge Management Engineering Manager. Moog’s Corporate Group is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Engineering Manager to join the Knowledge Management Organization. In this role, you will lead an engineering-focused core team responsible for driving knowledge management initiatives across all Moog business units worldwide. You will support strategic priorities defined by Moog’s Chief Technical Officer and the Global Engineering Council, ensuring critical engineering knowledge is effectively captured, stored, and shared to strengthen operational excellence and innovation.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
• Over 10 years of engineering experience, including work with Moog products, systems, and engineering standards
• Over three (3) years of people leadership experience, including developing and coaching high-performing teams
• Proven ability to lead through influence and partner cross-functionally to achieve operational objectives
• Experience effectively leading teams through organizational and process change
• Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated success developing strategy and implementing process or program improvements
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid technical and project management capabilities
• Working knowledge of existing Moog data storage and knowledge repositories
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite, or be willing to relocate.
• Working from other Moog sites within the US or UK may be considered.
