About the role

Responsible for all assembly/welding operations. Supervises all personnel within these departments.  Instills the culture of visual material flow and standard work. Maintain the required safety stock buffers too ensure 100% OTD.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment required
• Experience with managing 25+ employees.
• Mix of experience managing and transforming culture in large assembly operations.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement trained.
• Experience with and oriented toward metrics in business analysis.
• Language: Ability to read and write in English
• analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Able to change communication style depending on audience.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
