Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Sourcing Data Specialist to join our team in Burlington, North Carolina.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, life science.
• 2-4 years of experience developing sourcing or procurement discipline expertise.
• Excel for data analysis, impact assessments, and development of business proposals that support data-driven decision making.
• Word for contract review, redlining, and document management.
• Outlook for effective email communication and workflow management.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data in a manner that provides actionable insights related to supplier performance, market trends, and negotiation outcomes.
• Intermediate experience identifying and resolving supply chain disruptions, assessing risks, and implementing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Intermediate proficiency in business case development, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis to support sourcing and procurement decisions.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing enterprise systems and procurement technologies, such as ERP platforms, sourcing tools, contract management systems, and supplier management solutions (e.g., iCert or similar tools).
• ​ Additional Job Standards
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in determining when to escalate supplier-related issues, including supplier communications, onboarding activities, supplier assessments, and supply monitoring across a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of performance, professionalism, accountability, and ethical standards.
