About the role
As an AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between experimental AI research and robust, production-ready software. You won't just be "using" AI; you will be orchestrating it. You will own the development of complex, multi-agent systems and the data pipelines that power them. This role requires a data-driven mindset where every deployment is backed by quantitative benchmarks and rigorous observability.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in backend/software engineering with a mastery of Python.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production AI applications, including structured outputs (JSON) and function calling.
- Ability to transform raw generation logs into actionable business metrics.
- Strong experience with Azure or other major cloud providers (AWS/GCP)
- Bonus: Professional experience with Node.js/Next.js and React.
