About the role

The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting leads the monthly close, financial reporting, external audit, and internal controls for the Siding & Accessories Finance organization. This role manages and develops Staff and Senior Accountants while ensuring accurate, timely, and US GAAP-compliant results. The successful candidate brings strong technical accounting judgment, experience leading complex close and audit processes, and a record of building high-performing teams and improving processes.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years leading accounting staff.
• Experience managing full-cycle close and external audits
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting research.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and talent-development skills.
• Strong organization, judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage a fast-paced close.
• Clear analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reconciliation/data-analysis skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Manufacturing or building products experience is a plus.
• CPA preferred
• MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
