About the role

As Manager, Software Development, you’ll be the hands-on leader of OnLogic’s software development strategy and a global team of about 10 engineers who build applications our business and customers run on. You’ll set how the team builds with AI, from coding tools to agentic systems, and be the leader engineers learn from. You’ll ensure our team of software developers can achieve their highest potential, raising the bar on speed and quality while delivering measurable business results.

What you'll bring

• You have a Bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering or other technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of experience managing and growing a team of 6 or more developers.
• Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools and agentic systems.
• Experience building platforms and guardrails for team-wide agentic AI deployment
• Experience owning multiple production applications the business depends on, including release management, monitoring and incident response.
• Strong command of modern engineering practices: continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, code review and version control (Git).
• A leader who measures success by team results delivered with quality, not personal output.
• A coach who gets energy from helping engineers grow.
• A builder who still enjoys code and keeps current on AI by using it daily.
• A problem solver who turns complex, unclear work into clear plans.
