About the role

We are currently hiring a  Crew Foreman  for our highway division  at our Cedar Falls location. We are looking for candidates who are innovative, self-motivated, and interested in working with a growing company.

What you'll bring

• In this role, candidates must have electrical and construction experience, experience with concrete and traffic control, as well as with equipment and blueprints.
• Candidates must work closely with Project Managers and field employees, adapt to changing work environments, actively engage in K&W Electric, Inc.’s safety policies, and be able to maintain a positive image of one’s self and of the Company.
• A valid Driver’s License with ability to meet company driving standards
• Class A CDL or willingness to obtain
• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• Successfully passing drug and background screenings
