About the role

We’re looking for hands-on, reliable professionals who can provide steady guidance and structure for boys in a residential setting. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team to mentor, motivate, and model positive behaviors—helping young residents build confidence, responsibility, and resilience.

• Experience or interest in coaching, mentoring, trades, youth work, or behavioral support.
• A genuine desire to make a difference and be a positive role model.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
• Valid Child Development Teaching Permit
• 12 semester units in relevant fields (ECE, Psychology, etc.) + 100 hours of youth experience (may be completed on the job)
• Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor + 100 hours of youth experience (may be completed on the job)
• Vocational certificate or journeyperson status + 100 hours of mentoring or coaching experience
• One year of full-time or volunteer experience in a group home, STRTP, or youth program
• Lived experience in child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice, or similar systems
