You'll contribute clinically and collaboratively, working alongside an experienced support staff in a thriving, well-established practice. Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive general dentistry including: • Fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic procedures • Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans • Conduct preventive care and patient education • Collaborate closely with assistants and hygienists • Maintain detailed and accurate records using Dentrix software Qualifications: • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program • Valid Ohio dental license • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience • Advanced proficiency in general dental procedures • Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix preferred) • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills • A collaborative mindset and interest in long-term practice growth and ownership Why Us?
