Located in the Cincinnati market, this position offers the opportunity to function as a crew lead and to interact with customers through the installation of solid surface, granite, and quartz surfaces. This position offers a $400 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.

What you'll bring

• High School diploma/GED required
• Chauffer’s license with a clean driving record (can assist with obtaining chauffeur's license)
• At least three years of countertop installation experience
• Ability to lead by example, teaching and training new installers
• Ability to follow prescribed programs and standards
• Continuous improvement mentality
• Desire to help grow and develop the program and the business
• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and desire to “do things right the first time”
