What you'll bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related CACREP-accredited field.
- 1–2 years of direct clinical experience with mental health and/or substance use populations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or training other professionals.
- Strong understanding of community-based mental health practices and service documentation.
- Certified in CPR/First Aid and behavioral management (or willing to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license and clean record (for any field-based work if applicable).
