About the role

Our F&B Supervisors are responsible for ensuring a high-quality guest and team member experience in our three outlets at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. This position serves our upscale Block T Bar & Grill. They also assist in directing and supervising all “front of the house” team members, supporting them to perform at or above established excellence standards of Howdy Hospitality.

What you'll bring

• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience in an elevated service, high-volume restaurant or hotel food and beverage operation
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage services, not limited to serving and bartending
• Ability to attend scheduled training sessions on product service
• Hold or able to gain TABC and Food Handlers Certification
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
• Understand all aspects of food and beverage service, including wine service
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience working in a lodging or hotel environment preferred.
