About the role

We are seeking a Manager Software Engineering 2 (S02/M2) in Colorado Springs, CO to provide functional and technical leadership for software engineers supporting the C2BMC National Team program. As a Manager Software Engineering 2, you will provide functional (people) leadership on the Northrop Grumman side and technical leadership in support of program objectives, in close partnership with the Program Engineering Lead (PEL), program management, and C2BMC National Team leadership. This position will work any schedule that supports mission requirements.
