The Senior Director of Demand Gen for North Europe is the regional marketing leader responsible for driving revenue-contributing pipeline across the Nordic countries. This individual is the primary marketing business partner to the North Europe MDs, CDs and Heads of Sales and aligns the full marketing mix to CRO priorities.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing
- Proven track record of delivering significant pipeline growth across multiple European markets
- Strong experience in both net new acquisition and install base marketing
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying groups
- Experience operating across Northern Europe
- Ability to navigate regional differences in marketing execution, channels, and buyer behaviour
