About the role
As an Associate Broker focused on Industrial Commercial Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in tenant representation across the Inland Empire submarket, with a primary focus on third-party logistics (3PL) companies and other industrial occupiers. You will be primarily responsible for business development activities while also researching market trends, assisting with property valuations, preparing client presentations, and contributing to negotiations and transactions. Working alongside senior brokers, you will help drive the strategy for growth and development in the industrial sector while gaining exposure to various aspects of commercial real estate in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to this role, as a significant portion of the target client base conducts business primarily in Mandarin.
