About the role
Grüns is building a live commerce studio from the ground up, and the Livestream Operator is the person who makes every stream run without a hitch. This is a technical and production role — you'll own the back end of every broadcast, keep talent supported and on track, and ensure the viewer experience is seamless from start to finish. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and knows how to keep things moving without being told twice, this is your role. Is highly reliable — this is a shift-based role and showing up prepared, on time, and ready to execute is non-negotiable
