About the role

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, in-person care at our Culver City clinic. This is an ideal opportunity for a provider who values whole-person care and wants to work within an integrated model where primary care, gynecology, mental health, and wellness are closely connected. This role is based in our Culver City clinic and requires in-person patient care.

What you'll bring

• Active California NP or PA license
• Current national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA
• Active DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one before starting
• 2+ years of independent outpatient clinical experience
• A strong clinical foundation in primary care, women’s health, gynecology, reproductive health, or a combination of these areas
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care
• Comfort working within a collaborative, technology-enabled care model
• We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Adult or family primary care
• Gynecology or women’s health
• Reproductive or sexual health
