About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Associate/Sr Associate to join the team and help build the financial infrastructure that supports Gridmatic's growth. You will report to Head of Finance and work directly with leadership on capital strategy, investor relations, and the financial planning that underpins our market operations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will be building the models, preparing the materials, having direct impact on decision-making.

What you'll bring

• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, infrastructure finance, or a high-growth company finance function.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills — can build a three-statement model from scratch and defend every assumption in it.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can distill complex concepts into structured analysis.
• Familiarity with credit and collateral mechanics in financial markets
• energy or commodity markets experience is a significant plus.
• Experience supporting or leading fundraising processes, including managing data rooms and interfacing with investors or lenders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Can deliver well-structured presentations and recommendations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
• We are not a process-heavy organization
