About the role

This is the operational backbone of the recovery process. You will run client mailings and letter tracking, reconcile invoices, field provider communications, and coordinate appeals, keeping every cycle on schedule and every number tied out. You are the middleman between providers and the audit team, and the person clients rely on to be responsive and exact. It is a customer-facing, high-accuracy, high-responsiveness role. You will not manage anyone; you will manage process, deadlines, and relationships. The best people in this seat are unusually organized, calm under competing deadlines, and genuinely good with people.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of healthcare claims experience.
• 2+ years working in Microsoft Office.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional accuracy, responsiveness, and written and verbal communication.
