The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building backend and frontend systems, a proven ability to deliver high-performance solutions, and team leadership experience. This role demands strong engineering fundamentals, meticulous execution, structured working, and the ability to take full ownership of delivery. Exposure to AI technologies or projects will be considered a valuable advantage. This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy. You will be responsible for building complex applications that form the backbone of RMgX’s products and client solutions. Your engineering expertise and leadership will directly influence the success of a mission-critical project. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications or exposure in AI/ML will be an advantage.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering applications across backend and frontend.
• Strong experience with at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience leading development teams and owning delivery of projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML projects.
• Strong Python programming skills with knowledge of application architecture.
• Ability to build complex, performant, and scalable systems.
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in frontend integration with backend services.
