About the role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to support warehouse and logistics operations for our data center construction and operations in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will handle the receiving, storage, staging, and movement of high-value materials and equipment (including servers, networking gear, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and other critical components). You will work closely with the logistics and site operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free material flow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll bring

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or material handling role
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and proven experience operating material handling equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience supporting data center, construction, or high-tech warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (WMS)
• Knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, or other process improvement methodologies
• Previous experience handling sensitive electronics, servers, or critical infrastructure components
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for potential local material transport)
• Must be open to working either day shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM), Monday–Friday with weekends included when needed to support 24/7 project demands
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment that may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures
