About the role
Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. As Physical Therapy Clinic Director , your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Southaven. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
What you'll bring
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current Mississippi license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
- A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
- A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
- Desirable marketing experience to support the promotion of clinic services
- Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
