We are looking for Field Service Technicians who are technically curious, mechanically inclined, and customer focused. Are you a Field Technician, Field Engineer, or Service Technician—or interested in starting a career in this field? Are you tech savvy with strong mechanical aptitude and transferrable skills? Acting as a first line response to our customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. What you'll bring
- Local candidate to the specific geographic area
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- o Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day
- o Rotating and weekend shifts
- o Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements manipulating objects of various sizes
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification
- One (1) or more years of related experience
- Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
