For the right individual, this is the American Dream. Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. Normally, opening a new market means writing a check for the franchise fee and fronting the capital to launch. We welcome candidates who are positioned to do that. But we recognize not everyone has that capital on hand. So we created another path in. We have investors — current franchisees who’ve seen what this system can do and want to fund a new market — lined up and ready to write the check. What they don’t have is someone to run it. That’s where you come in.
