About the role

This role is part of the Marketing Services organization, which enables marketing campaigns, customer communications, and customer engagement initiatives through campaign management, audience management, and channel execution.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years experience supporting marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, data operations, analytics, or related functions with the ability to independently execute work and manage assigned deliverables.
• 2+ years experience working with customer audience, campaign execution, or marketing activation platforms (e.g., CDP, journey or campaign orchestration, CRM), including at least 1+ year of hands-on experience with a customer data platform (CDP) such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, Braze, Hightouch, or similar platforms.
• 2+ years experience applying analytical and problem solving skills to manage deliverables, follow defined workflows, and support campaign or data-driven initiatives.
• 3-5 years experience supporting marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, data operations, analytics, or related functions with the ability to independently execute work and manage assigned deliverables.
