About the role
We are looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator who is energized by getting to know our team, helping people feel seen and making it easier for them to succeed. You will help set the tone for the employee experience through relationships, recognition, communication and thoughtful events. Working closely with our Chief People & Culture Officer (CPO), you will connect what employees are experiencing with our larger People & Culture strategy and help turn that insight into meaningful action that supports employee satisfaction and retention of top talent.
What you'll bring
- You are personable, approachable and able to build relationships and trust quickly.
- You are curious about people, listen well and notice the details that help someone feel recognized and supported.
- You enjoy planning a great event, and you bring that same energy to learning what employees are facing, where they need support and what deserves to be celebrated.
- You pair warmth with strong organization and follow-through.
- You can identify a story worth sharing, remember a meaningful milestone and manage the details that make an experience feel intentional.
- You use good judgment with sensitive information and know when to involve the CPO.
- You are motivated by the opportunity to help people feel connected to their work and to one another.
- An associate degree, equivalent relevant work experience or at least two years of experience supporting people, coordinating programs or events or managing related projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening and the ability to connect with people across different roles and backgrounds
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and accuracy, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, and comfort learning new tools
